Would be interesting how to copy such a combination e.g. you cannot combine line-top and line-bottom in one style rule (on one element). Maybe it&#039;s the best to also copy the whole parent structure, but not the content of it. For example  ... To rely on computed styles may also be problematic as class names are interpreted. This is something one really normally do not want when copying stuff from one field into another (or the same) e.g. for a rich text editor.

Further a little correction: getComputedStyle and currentStyle return different values. While currentStyle returns the cascaded style only (e.g. does not normalizes em-sizes for example), getComputedStyle returns the computed (cascaded) styles e.g. do further processing of the value.</description>
